First I want to thank everyone's time in all the forums it's much appreciated.

My current first time build:

AMD fx 8320e black edition(stock clock speed)
Msi Radeon RX 470 graphics 8gb ddr5
1TB WD caviar black 7200rpm
No SSD :(
Ram: ballistic 8gb kit 2x4gb ddr3 1800
600w psu Bronze

My question is this: shouldn't this setup be more than enough to run most my gaming titles at 30fps or better such as the game H1Z1 which I feel is CPU dependent ?? Also my games feel very sluggish I'm truly not getting its potential I feel like. No viruses HDD is 85% full. would higher RAM and a SSD make my games run better ? All games will play though, Doom looks great thanks to Vulcan. I apologize if I bounced back and forth with my question I'm New as it comes to PCs I'm a console baby LOL but finally figuring out PC is the master race

Solution
Load times, including H1Z1 level loading, could be held back quite a bit by your hard drive.
Your Hard Drive probably reads at a max of 50MB/s
An SSD would be loading your games at 500MB/s - so a pretty hefty increase in speed.

That CPU has not aged well, at all. Which is unfortunate.
the RX 470 isn't a top of the line GPU, but it also isn't the slowest.

You should be getting 60FPS in those games with certain settings turned off.

Are your drivers all up to date?
