i am using acer aspire v5-571 ...
i have 8 gb ram and 750 gb hard disk..
i am using intel 3000 graphics
but i am not able to play some games (its very slow or stucky).

how i can speed up the games..............?????????????

Since we dont know what games you're trying to play...
Not much you can do to help that laptop out,the processor is weak and the intergrated video card doesnt help that.
The best thing you could do is reduce the amount of processes running while you game.

the HD3000 integrated graphics are woeful. Unfortunately "I7baby" was right, you can't do much with your laptop to play decent/recent games, you need to spend at lest $1000 on a gaming laptop, preferably $2k or $1000-1500 on a desktop.

I beg to differ. I mean even going with a 7750 and an athlon 750k + 8gb of ram would be a very nice upgrade and certainly enough to play any game on medium @ 1080p.
