Gaming Keyboard and mouse $20-$50

Looking for a good gaming keyboard and mouse under $50.
My price is really $20-$40 but if its worth the extra money ill spend it.
I was looking at these 2 keyboard and mouse combos

Cant tell which one is better. It has to be compatible with win8.1 and should be good for regular use as well. I would prefer mechanical. But beggars cant be choosers.

If you have any suggestions for better keyboards and mouse please tell me. Thank you
It doesn't have to be a combo but I thought it would come out cheaper if it was a combo.

Hard to say. They look to have the same build quality.

The CM Storm is backlit, where as the red dragon is not. If you're looking for a backlit keyboard the storm doesn't seem to be a bad choice. Other than that feature it's not much different from your average $20 mouse/keyboard combo.
