Gaming Lag Issue

I am experiencing a lag in my games. It is a jittering rubber banding or sometimes just freezing that occurs randomly every few seconds. It doesn’t always happen but usually more often the more I play. I used to not have this problem before. My graphics drivers are updated. I have low ping, fast internet, and high fps. I am connected via Ethernet.

GPU: GTX 1070
CPU: i7 2600k
RAM: G-skill Ripjaw 16gb 1600 DDR3
Motherboard: AS Rock P67 Gen3

I have tried this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xP-c-mak9dI but it has failed to work. I should note I have stutter in all the games I play and only online.

Is it with every game you play?

- Remove old drivers with DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) Google it. After that, download fresh new drivers from Nvidia website, and install the new drivers.

My stutter still persists after I tried what the video told me. It is sometimes worse then shown in my example video. Thanks for the suggestion!

In all my games. But I find it worst in csgo.

I think is has to do with your network. It's a difficult to solve problem.
