Gaming Laptop Battery Life

Hello, I am posting this here just to ask what modifications I should do in order to extend the battery life on my gaming laptop. Right now, I am trying to use it just for work purposes, so I have disabled my graphics card, lowered the refresh rate on my display, and put on the "power saver" power plan. However, I noticed very little change in battery life. If anyone can give advice on what bios settings, os settings, or hardware mods then much is appreciated.

How long does the battery actually last?

Make and model laptop?

Original battery? Replacement battery? OEM or off-brand? Source?
