Hi, the wife has given me the all clear to get a gaming laptop up to the £1600 mark for gaming, some video/photo editing and general browsing. I am looking at the 3xs systems as I think you get a lot for your money and recommended by a friend.
The 2 laptops I am looking at are-

Scan 3xs lg17 vengeance g-sync
https://www.scan.co.uk/3xs/configurator/thin-and-light-gaming-laptop-geforce-intel-skylake

I76700hq, 256 m.2 ssd, fhd screen, 1060 or 1070, 16gb 2133mhz ddr4 ram and windows 7 pro 64bit

Or

Scan 3xs lg17 carbon g-sync
https://www.scan.co.uk/3xs/configurator/gsync-gaming-laptop-geforce

I76700k, 256 m.2 ssd, fhd screen, 1060, 16gb 2133mhz ddr 4 ram and windows 7 pro 64 bit

I would add an aditional 1tb 7200 seagate sshd for mass storage.

My questions really are
1, on the 2nd build, will laptop cooling be efficient enough to cope with the i7600k overclocked to max mhz without increasing voltage?
2, the second build chassis is a p770zm-g, is that better than the first build. And is it a decent chassis?
3, should I sacrifice the potentially better chassis of the 2nd build and better processor for a 1070 in the first build? If so, would I benefit from a 1070 on 1080p with refresh rate of 60hz or 75hz ( no specs online for either monitor as far as I can tell).

Many thanks in advance
