Hey guys i was wondering if i buy a gaming laptop should i buy something super thin and light like the razer blade, or something with great cooling like the asus rog g750j series? Thank You!

You'll need to consider what gaming performance you are looking for - 1080p max gaming (AAA) detail or a compromise?

For maximum (or high) eye candy when playing AAA games at 1080p you'll need a top tier mGFX card or SLI/xFire, and this will have a significant effect on laptop weight and thickness.

The way I look at it, you're already getting a laptop, sacrificing the greater performance and cooling offered from desktop pc's, so you wouldn't expect it to game nearly as well. I'd opt for the more premium, sleek and sexy looking design, slim and light to carry around everywhere. Of course, you're going to pay a bit more, and the components probably won't be equal to the laptop that's over twice as thick, but it's all preference.
The Razer Blade is gorgeous and the Asus is nearly a truck wheel wedge. On the other hand, if you don't plan on bring the laptop everywhere with you, but you still need to have mobile gaming, AND this is your only gaming machine, I'd probably lean towards the Asus.
