Gaming Laptop for FFXIV

Hello,

I'm looking to buy a budget gaming laptop that could run FFXIV adequately on normal settings. I've done some digging on Newegg and came up with a few that look promising, but I don't know enough about laptops to know if they will qualify. I'm looking to hover around $600 for the laptop (the cheaper the better, not really looking for a super powered laptop). I'm not sure if this is realistic but I need to ask anyhow.

The MSI CX61 0NF-686MX is the best of the ones you have selected. It won't be a huge performer, but you should be able to play FFXIV on at least low settings. The GT 645M is capable of playing Bioshock at 80 FPS and I imagine that FFXIV will be pretty similar in processing usage.

Out of what you listed, this one would run Final Fantasy the best I think.

Those are all fairly good deals on laptops with dedicated graphics, and finding a new system under $700 with a dedicated GPU can be difficult.

You sure you don't want to spend $200 above the $600 mark for a super fast laptop that normally costs over $1,000+? You may have buyer's remorse after you start using those mid $500 laptops.

Thank you all, ended up going with the first option. I have a souped-up desktop for more rigorous gaming, but I just needed something to hold me down for FFXIV and less demanding games like CS GO when I'm away
