Gaming laptop for lol stream budget or not

I am on buying a gaming laptop , i am a semi-professional league of legends player and i would like to stream and have a laptop that would be able to stay calm for ours of gaming and streaming, my options are a legion y520 or a more expensive msi stealth pro for now . What also is issuing my mind is the 120hz and 3ms response time on the stealth pro one , will it really impact my gameplay a lot or its not worth the money at the first place for these specs . Is also the cheap version of y520 with gtx 1050 and i5 capable to do my deeds ? Thanks a lot .i do not mind anything else than having advantage over my opponents as much as possible . It is a very important factor. Suggestions of laptops to buy aswell will be highly
appreciated or sayings of any kind close to the topic. Some peole say we cannot see much fps a type of gamers are known to see 250 fps i feel like i definetely have the reflexes and the notice options myself but i still can't know , illuminate me please

League is not a demanding game so either laptop will handle the game just fine. If you are planning to have it on for long periods though, I'd suggest going with the MSI as it will have much better cooling and much better chance of preventing any damage from overheating.
