MSI GT62VR with a GTX 1070 looks like GPU is dying. I already did hard reset by removing laptop and bios batteries, and reinstalled windows and drivers. HWMonitos says current voltage is 16.5. Is this too much?

When I run a game like Far Cry Primal or Doom 2016 on maximum settings, after a few minutes the laptop will freeze, show a random solid color for 3~ seconds, and reboot.

HWMonitor says Current Voltage is 16.8 V.

Speccy shows (video memory is wrong, it's actually 8gb):

Unfortunately im not up to scratch on laptops (specifically power) to provide further support. Will have to wait for one of the specialists to see this thread and respond mate. Typically its thermal throttling or power that could cause an issue like this.

I don't think that's the case. These are very good temps for a gaming laptop.
