Can anyone tell me which of the combinations will be good

1.hp laptop
Intel core i5 3230m - 2.6ghz( turbo boost-3.2ghz)
Nvidia GeForce gt 730m
2.acer laptop
Intel core i7 4500u-1.8ghz(turbo boost-3.0ghz)
Nvidia GeForce gt 730m

Solution

You mean 0.8GHz difference between the base speeds . The frequency of processor is not the only thing .The amount , speed and latency of processor cache also matter .i7 4500U has 4MB L3 cache vs 3MB cache of i5 3230M. Here the number of cores and threads are the same. Trust the benchmarks .

But if you fear that the benchmark has flaws or typo , get i5 3230M it is a good laptop processor . Yet, the dedicated gpu is the same...

The reason the i5 would be ranked better is simply because it's a quad core performance CPU, whereas the newer i7 is ultra-low voltage- less heat, less power consumption, longer battery life, dual core. Games make use of up to four cores, but that's mainly big 3D games like battlefield. Simpler games max out at two cores. Really, with such low performance differences, I'd go the i7 if i wanted battery life and the i5 for performance.
