Question Gaming Laptop not running Sekiro smoothly

Hey, I was just curious whether or not there was anything I could do with the situation I'm in right now.

My Asus Gaming Laptop, about a year and a half to two years old, is not running Sekiro at the speed I feel it should be able to. I get about 29-35 fps on high and low settings, not much change if I adjust. Is there a problem with my laptop or is it just not fit for this game?

Specs: Nvidia 970M
12 GB RAM
Core i7-6700 @2.6 GHz

Hi, i dont know if you have the original version, however i have an MSI Laptop whit Nvidia GTX1050 an a i5-8300H ind i notice that my graphic card never turns on, it´s just the integrated graphic card, you can probe that with the task manager, but i can´t fix it
