Question Gaming laptop randomly freezes while gaming ?

Hello!!

After reinstalling windows 11 (clean install) my laptop always randomly freezes when I'm gaming.
Sometimes it could last for 3 hours and not crash at all but sometimes it only lasts 10 minutes then the game freezes and crashes the whole system, so all i can do is restart the laptop using power button.

I have been checking the temp when gaming and its not overheating (73-83 Celsius when in game) and i have clean reinstalled the nvidia driver using DDU and all drivers are all up to date so I dont really know what could be the problem.

When i play CS2 the game is usually missing some icon like the knife or even not showing my skin before the game starts to freeze and crash. Same goes for Cyberpunk 2077, it's always missing some audio during mission before it crashes and freezes.

So far I've only encountered the problem with CS2 and Cyberpunk 2077.

Where did you source the installer for the OS? Did you install the OS in offline mode? Manually installing all relevant drivers with the latest version in an elevated command?

As for your laptop, what is the make, model and SKU to your laptop? BIOS version for your laptop at this moment of time?

Hello sorry for the very late reply but recently i did sfc scannow and it fixed for a few weeks and right now its back again with the same issue
