The Alienware or the Asus as they have a beefier discrete GPU under their hoods. You might want to throw any concerns of laptops being hot out the window since that's what's going to happen to any laptop since 10th Gen Intel.

Thank you! I'm definitely going to take your advice. Think I'm leaning towards the Alienware. I did find it cheaper at Dell, but they wanted an extra $900 just to double the ram, so I will keep it at 16. I will also get a laptop cooling pad

I'm upgrading from an HP AMD Ryzen 3 2300U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx, so this is definitely an improvement!
