Gaming Laptop Recommendation

I would use this for Witcher 3 GOTY Edition Max Settings & College (Ok Battery Life & 6 pounds or less). (Is Nvidia GTX 1060m, i7-7700HQ, & 16gb DDR4 2400mhz enough?)

The Witcher 3 at 1080p with max settings is pretty demanding. Based on the various laptops tested with the GTX 1060 (there is no "m"), the average FPS is 39.

The GTX 1070 with the same settings has an average 59 FPS.
