Question Gaming laptop under performing alot.

So, just over a year ago I bought my first gaming laptop at staples (ya ya prebuilt bad I know) and I had gotten it to play games (Apex legends is what I am referring to fps wise), and some other pretty underwhelming tasks. when I had first got it, it ran most games at medium settings around 60-70 fps, lowest was 40s. but after a month or so, I couldn't play most games at medium settings, and had to play at low settings with a solid 50 fps with some micro stutters. I decided to bring it in to staples and they factory reset it. same problem still occurred, so i brought it in a year later to a guy. He factory reset it also, same problem, so I used an external monitor. Gave me a bit more fps, still stutters though. and I kind of want to use my laptop screen sometimes. any suggestions?

8gb of ram
1tb hdd Seagate firecuda + 500 gb ssd Seagate < I run my games on this
Nvidia Gtx 1050 TI w/ 2gb vram + integrated graphics AMD Radeon RX vega 10 Graphics
AMD Ryzen 7 3750H With Radeon Vega mobile graphics

what the ram usage? 8gb is kind of low
is the os on the ssd?

the os is not on my ssd, the ram usage is usually 80-90 ish when running apex.
