I recently bought the following laptop for making my setup a bit more portable:
ASUS TUF FX505DY-AL006T 15.6 Inch Full HD Slim Bezel Gaming Laptop - (Black) (AMD Ryzen R5-3550H Quad-Core Processor, RX560 4 GB Dedicated Graphics, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD + 1 TB HDD Storage)

I play a lot of wow and in raids I've been getting around 10-30 fps, even when i extensively lower the settings. I recently updated the graphics drivers directly from AMD, which didn't improve things. I keep next to nothing on in the background, and task manager shows next to no cpu/ram consumption. The only thing I can think of is I have my 26" monitor plugged in, but switching back to just the laptop screen didn't seem to affect things either.

any help on how to improve my laptop's performance? It should definitely be doing better than this in WoW
