That might work decently for Minecraft & Rust, although unsure about CSGO.

That is not close to a gaming laptop, it's price is based on the flip and touchscreen not on speed.

For a beginner gaming system on lower settings, look for a system with either the A10 AMD CPU or nVidia 840m/940m video card.
