i got some cash to spare and want to uprage my 2060rtx legion

so what do you think guys, upgrade now or wait for 13 gen ?

my budget is around 3.3-3.5 k usd or euros

You could get something pretty decent for that, that will give you a massive bump in performance.

These are all at different price point really. But you should be looking at a min of 12th Gen Intel, Ryzen 6xxxx Mobile and a RTX 3080/ti with 32gbs of ram, and at least a 1TB NVme Drive.

You have to be careful about confusing cpu generations and video card versions. For game a faster cpu matters much less than the video card...unless you are being silly and running a expensive system at 1080p with low settings just to get higher frame rates.

It will be interesting to see the pricing on the mobile versions of video chips. Did they announce a 4070 "ti" version ? I suspect the increase in price to be just as crazy as the desktop cards.
