I am not caring about price but can gaming laptops handle high end games. Games like GTA V, dead rising 3, call of duty AW an the new games coming out in 2015
Mostly yes. In the US, $1500 will get a good spec gaming laptop with a GTX970M As the poster mentioned above, the 860M is the lowest you should consider, it has about the same power as a GTX750ti.

In a gaming laptop the GPU is the most important component to get a decent GPU the cost shoots way up for laptops. I'd say atleast a GTX 860M should do the job for high-end gaming and the rest of the components work fine. Gaming laptops are also often heavy, low battery life, and produce a lot of heat. Just remember some games can be poorly coded and optimized so not everybody's computer can handle them properly.
If you go for high end laptops such as alienware then yes. ... They can. .... On my old laptop having intel HD 4000 graphics and i3 3770k, I can play all the games right now, like Battlefield 4, COD modern warfare series, NFS Most Wanted 2012, NFS Rivals, etc. ....

It depends on the games and the settings. If you want to run these games at med the most laptops can run it. But any higher and the laptop starts to get expensive. Also remember these games will shorten the lifespan of the components of your laptop and the upgradability is generally quite limited.
My advice only get a laptop if portability is essential or space is very limited.
