Gaming mATX build 700 € budget

After years on notebook I am planing to buy a PC again. I will use this one mostly for gaming and photo editing.
I have to get a new monitor with it and I really like mATX mini, budget of 700 €
If somebody has better ideas or ways to tweak this configuration feel free to post it

So I did some more part picking, reading and stuff and I really like Radeon 7870
And I found some smaller cases which can take full ATX mobo with newest chipset
so build looks like this now:
