Gaming Monitor 23" - 24"

Hello!

I've been looking for a new monitor for my new gaming build, at the moment i have a Acer V243H, but i don't like it at all since the colors is very washed out and the screen is REALLY bright compared to my old Samsung SM 205BW which has good colors and good brightness.

So my question is, does anyone know of a really nice and colorfull monitor (about the same as the SM 205BW) in the 23" and 24" size?

Preferred Brand: Samsung, but i'm open for suggestions (no Acer's please)

I've been looking at the Benq G2420HD but there is two versions of it HDBL and HDBE. Any thoughts on that?

have you tried calibrating the monitor before getting a new one as the standard settings on most monitors are crap,you can usually find good settings on the net or buy a monitor calibration device (spyder 3 etc..) these are definetly worth the money and will work on all monitors (and if you download the TV setting it works on TVs too). Used it on my old phillips monitor and it made a big difference. You might also want to include your budget and what you will be using the monitor primarilty for eg: games, movies etc. This will help determine whether its better for you to go for an IPS panel monitor or a TN panel.
