Question Gaming monitor and for viewing movies.

I have pre-ordered an Acer XB271HU and still hasn't arrived. Now I can have it cancelled and save some money out of it. My concern is I have 2 monitors that im eyeing which do you think would be onpar with the acer?

GIGABYTE AORUS AD27QD 27

or

Asus XG32VQ 32

both monitors are cheaper for abt $100-$140 USD. All inputs would be appreciated.

The gigabyte is IPS while the Asus is a VA. The Acer can be overclocked to 165hz but watching some reviews it does suffer alot from backlight bleed.
