Gaming monitor help!

Hey guys,

I am building a gaming pc and now all i need is a monitor. I'm using an i7 4770k and gtx 770 4gb.

I need a monitor that is less than 24 inches and more than 20 inches. (Preferably 21-23)

It MUST be 1080 cuz gtx 770 can't handle much more.

My max budget it $130

It MUST be 75hz or more

A few options to consider(i dont know the hz of these but hopefully 75hz):

That is more than $100 over my budget... Im pretty sure one of then is 76hz or 75hz....

Yes, but sadly, the benq is way over my budget. So i guess i will go with the asusve247h. Still not sure if the asus is 75hz. Can you plz check? I looked everywhere couldn't find it.

If it does not expressly state the Hz then trust it to be a 60Hz monitor.

Vertical Refresh Rate- 50 - 76 Hz

Dynamic refresh rates are impossible on LCDs.

Those specs are something else it seems. But for the life of me I can't tell you what.
