Gaming Monitor

I am looking for a new monitor for gaming. I am looking for around 27" at least 1080p with a decent response time. 3D is nice, but not critical. I have a budget of $350 but I can go higher for the right monitor.
I prefer picture quality over size. I would like the screen to be at least 23" though. 120Hz if possible.

You will not find a 32" "Monitor" for anywhere near 350. 30" displays start at over $1,000.
