Gaming motherboard for office use suitable?

I am doing a parts swap and upgrading my gaming pc, and moving the old parts to my dad's office computer.

Are there any downsides to using a gaming motherboard (specifically MSI GAMING 5 Z97) in an office?


Would also be paired with a 4790k, I'll Lilley upgrade to a 5th gen cpu.

Currently, my dad uses an hp with an amd a6 and really needs an upgrade.
