Gaming Motherboard Upgrade

I want to upgrade my CPU to an Intel Core i7-4770k from an Intel Core i7-860.

Since the sockets of those two are different,I have to upgrade my motherboard as well.

Which motherboard from those two companies would you recommend for a high-end gaming system?

Hello... I'm having good performance/quality with Gigabyte Boards.

MSI Z97 Gaming 7 and/ or 9 AC are good choices
Asrock Z97 extreme6
Asus Z97 Maximus boards are preferred alot (maybe the maximus ranger)
Asus Z97-A or Plus are also good
Gigabyte Z97 Gaming 5 and/or 7
