Right now I have a Logitech MX Anywhere wireless mouse for gaming and I hate it. I have pretty big hands and using it makes my thumb hurt. I am looking for a good gaming mouse that has a few extra buttons for gaming and is COMFORTABLE. I am willing to spend some money, but I don't want to spend too much. Any suggestions?
(I prefer more of a palm grip.)

Solution
Take a look at the Razer Naga or the Logitech G600. I currently use the Logitech G9x and I love it, but it only has 2 buttons on the side and you said you want more.
mionix Naos are mice for larger hands they have a range from 3200 dpi all the way up to 8200 dpi on there sensors. which themselves are some of the better made sensors.
well worth checking out and reasonably priced 2.
from around 60 for the 8200 dpi laser version to 30ish for the 3200 dpi led version. there is a hi dpi optical naos sporting 7000 dpi which should be more accurate for fps players as optical mice dont have acceleration, which helps the mice track smoothly at the speed you put into it.

there are other options but these are made for the slightly bigger hand.
i recommend you try to go to a pc store and handle as many demo mice as you feel you need to before you put down any cash. theres nowt worse than getting a new mouse and hating the ergo's of it.

I have looked at the deathadder before, but what I don't like about is that there are only two buttons on the side. I would like something that has three to four. Sorry for not mentioning that in the original post.

I like your suggestions, but as I want one with more than two buttons (2-4). Also, I unfortunately live in a rather rural region and my only shopping options are online (unless I drive 8 hours).

I have a R.A.T. 7 that I have a glued 11/16" dense foam onto the pinky side. Looks just fine, but feels weird to those with little mitts. Spread wide, expanded fully with the riser heel option and it is by far the best mouse I have felt in my hand. I can actually use two buttons, my hand does not cramp, and it works very well. I primarily do CAD work so it is in my hand all day long.

Middle finger to heel of hand 8 1/2"

Would attach a picture but can't remember how.

Thanks for the reply, I will check it out. I still haven't really found something that I like that much.
