Gaming mouse does not work on startup

I have a Rude Gameware Fierce 200 mouse that does not respond when I start up my computer. I have to get down behind the comp and unplug then replug the mouse for it to work.
Any way that I can get it to work with out interference?

we if my computer is shut down and my razer naga is pluged it when i hit the power on it will turn on but wont boot up until i unplug the mouse then i can plug it right back in and it works

so maby its all special mouses

I have the exact same problem with my razer naga hex mouse. It wont function until I unplug it and plug it in. updated mouse firmware (already had latest version), bios, chipset drivers, u name it. Issue happened on win 7 home premium 64bit, recently upgraded win8 64bit (with newer drivers) and exact same issue. Annoying.

I plug the mouse into a laptop and it powers on perfectly when the cpu boots. I wonder if there's a special bios setting, but I've fiddled with everything from legacy support to power management profiles. nothing changes it. I hope someone posts a solution, been researching for 2 weeks.

Have the same problem and its the call of duty mouse from steelseries.
