Question Gaming older peripheral conundrum

So i got this really cool thrustmaster flight control system a thrustmaster with stick and throttle off eBay and when I got it it had one of those old Gaming 20 pin connectors to the computer pretty 1998 "s not a USB connector so now my problem is I have a new modern gaming PC how can I connect this flight control system to my computer and I'm open to any ideas please help!
