Gaming on digital signage displays?

Why do people never use digital signage displays for gaming? They usually have low input lag and come in much larger sizes then monitors. I have read they suffer from ghosting problems because they are designed to display static images and have slow panels. Are there specific panels I should look for in these displays that would eliminate the ghosting problem?

These monitors would not be a good choice. They would have significant lag due to slow pixel response time. Their contrast ratios are not designs for this either.

I would sooner use a good HDTV for gaming.

I like the colors on the Vizio and own two of them. On top of that, they are quite affordable.
