Question gaming on old rig

in my country new gaming bundles cost a lot of money
and i want to play fifa 19 with my friends
so i went for some old cheap components
the gpu i bought is """GV-N450-512I """"
firstly i thought its a 1gb of Vram but its a 512 mb version

my quastion is can i get a smooth gameplay on 720P

also what is the possibility of running a 2017 games like RE 7 and Pubg

rest of my pc is
Mobo ga-g41-s2p
cpu core 2 quad 8300 @2.5GHz
ram 2x4 gb kvr 1333
ssd kingstone a400 480Gb

At 720p Low settings, PUBG seems to run at 25-40FPS. This is kind of playable but not optimal.
