Building another computer from scratch. Want to keep the budget under $1,000 for the computer alone, as I will need to also buy accessories such as monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc. that can easily add up (Accessories are not included in the 1k budget). Read through a handful of popular threads and put together what I thought is a good starting point. Most of my gaming on the PC evolves around MMOs, RTS, and RPGs.
Best bang for the buck is in mind but I would also like a good amount of the parts to be up to speed for future upgrades. ie I would like to buy a good power supply that will support future upgrades or a good motherboard, where I could update the CPU if I have the money a year or two down the line. Suggestions like these would be great.

Few things to support some decisions I made.
1) While I have read the i5 4590 is comparable to the 4460, I still chose the 4590 due to it still being a very minor upgrade and I think a few sales are going on to actually get it fairly cheaper then listed.
2) Even though the CPU cooler isn't necessary, I took the approach of one of the reviewers and went with a device that will be able to handle any future CPU's I may purchase in the future. Thoughts?
3) Pretty lost on what to choose for Motherboard, so just went with what I thought matched well for price and what I thought would have a long life span.
Any thoughts, advice, or direction would be greatly appreciated.
