Gaming PC 1000-1200

What’s up guys..

I’m planning to build a new gaming rig next week to be able to play the upcoming titles (like AC Unity). My old one has stuff like GTX 570 and i7 930 and I feel like it’s ready for retirement. My budget is something like 1000-1200£ and…yeah, I would be interested to know what you think about this possible build.

Intel Core i7 4790K BOX (LGA 1150, 4GHz, Unlocked)
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo (120mm)
AsRock Z97 Extreme6 (LGA 1150, Z97, ATX)
Crucial Ballistix Sport (2x, 8GB, DDR3-1600, DIMM 240)
Crucial MX100 (256GB, 2.5")
ZOTAC GTX-970 (GM204, 4GB)
Cooler Master HAF XB EVO (Midi Tower)
be quiet! DARK POWER PRO P10 (750W)
... and some BR reader.

Some more info: OS would be 8.1, I already have a monitor (Benq GL 2450, plan to upgrade it later on) and it would be really great if this pc would be pretty quiet. OC may be a thing but later.

For some games the i7 will help. But for most an i5 4690k will be plenty. Just depends on what you will be playing.

Thanks dude. The thing is that I don't want to have to change my cpu in one year so...

What do you think about the rest? Any more suggestion?
