Hi,
I going to buy new Gaming/rendering/streaming Pc for +-1350$ .
I don't need os , hdd storage and Peripherals but if i save same money i can buy microphone for video .
I thinking about:

To the OP:excellent build. i7 IS NEEDED because you will be doing rendering, and more threads help here.

Get 750W PSU of the same brand because this will allow you to get a second GTX970 for SLI later. If you plan so, of course. If not, 650W is more than enough.

CPU cooler: CM 212 EVO is enough.

Case: your own pick. Any decent mid or even full tower from Corsair, Fractal Design, Antec, CoolerMaster, Zalman etc will do - at least ones above $40.
