Hello community im looking forward to build a computer for 2500$ or 15 000 Norwegian Kroners (including OS and a 1080p monitor mouse and a keyboard * ^^) Any suggestions apreciated!

I'm personally never one to advocate buying tons of case fans and other things you don't need since you can always get those after you complete your build. Try something like this:
