GAMING PC 4Gb ram vs 8Gb

I have a pc with these specs:
i5 3570k stock speed
gtx 770 4GB
4 gb gskill 1600

Using 4gb seems to be working fine for me. Would adding another 4gb stick change performance in GTA V?

Yes it will slightly if you are on 64 bit OS.

it will but not by a whole lot assuming your 4gig is 2x2 gig sticks. if its a single 4 gig stick then you would likely get a decent increase in overall smoothness and way less page file caching.
