Placeholder GPU for your current one.

Do you need to buy Windows?

I do need windows 7 yes, and also is it really needed for a 500gb?
I also need a monitor but thinking of buying a second hand one
And lastly want to try save money with shipping etc :)

Definitely 64 bit.

Yes, you can use an external drive.

You could hook it up to a TV.

250GB is enough for most people, but 500GB is good. But if you're strapped for cash, 250GB will do.

How do i check benchmarks? If im gonna buy those components i would like a general idea if this is a good system to buy for that money. What games for example will i be able to run with that computer? Skyrim? Sorry im not that clued up on the hardware :) and i play Battlefield 3 online so would like it to be playable :) thanks in advance!

No problems :) Thanks for the reply! I was able to buy the motherboard, processor, windows 7 and the gaming case. but the RAM, HDD and powersupply was out of stock or delivery time is really long. link me the items to buy? I really appreciate your help on this. i still have about 100 pounds left to spend. can maby go abit over but would like to save money since im still buying a screen, prob 2nd hand one.

RAM ( 1333 ok? or do i need the 1600?) would like 4gb DDR3 ( 2 x 2gb) ?

Powersupply( i have no idea what to choose for that)

I have just bought the HDD u linked in previous post!

Thanks so much!
