So basically i want to build myself a new gaming pc my chosen components are:

Cpu: AMD FX-Series FX-8300 X8
Cpu cooler: Arctic Alpine 64 GT CPU Cooler For AMD UCACO-P1600-GBA01
Gpu: Asus AMD Radeon RX470 4GB GDDR5 PCIE STRIX-RX470-O4G-GAMING
Mobo: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3
RAM: Patriot ViperX 3RD 8GB 1600MHz CL9 DDR3 KIT OF 2
Psu: Rebeltec ATX 2.3 Titan 500W
Case: X2 Nextyde 6021 Mini Tower

and i will the take hard drive from my old PC

I'm trying to fit in the 500eur range, and the components are more expensive in europe than they are in USA.

So my question is will this be a solid gaming pc for games like - The Witcher 3; Fallout 4; DOOM, and some newer upcoming titles?

I think the given configuration is sufficient to install any game. But the main part is graphic card and Ram. If these both things are high then, you can install any game easily.
