Hello, one of my bois would like a gaming pc. He has a $1500 budget, but he wants 1080p gaming(over 75 fps of course). Games like Tarcove, rainbow, DayZ, he would like to have 1080 max with over 75 fps(more the better!) If there is a cheap rtx card out there, we can take it, but a non rtx card would be better!(No rtx card needed b/c he doesnt care too much about raytracing and 4k)

ALSO:::
Would it be cheaper to build or get a prebuilt pc... I would rather get a pre built.... could someone send so reliable prebuilt pcs??? That would be great

If I had to buy a prebuilt I would probably get this. I made upgrades to get decent parts.

HP Omen with liquid cooling has gotten positive reviews. Basically off the shelf parts in a fairly standard chassis.

Just add memory/storage to your needs.
I can vouch for the HP Omen. It’s a solid prebuilt. I got a really good deal when Amazon was selling them directly. I got a liquid cooled build with an i9-10850K, 32GB of 3200Mhz Ram, 1TB WD NVME, 2TB HDD, RTX 3080, Wifi 6, 750w Corsair Platinum PSU all for $1999. I have not been able to match that deal anywhere.
