Both will give you pretty good gaming experience. Since Intel + NVidia combo is more optimized for most games, the Intel build will give you a few extra fps, but the AMD performance is also pretty close and it will vastly outperform in multitasking while gaming.

Better value in custom-built.

This builds cheaps out on case and storage in order to squeeze in an RTX2080 and 3700x.

This could run most games at 60fps with resolutions of 1080p and 1440p and high settings. Maybe even 4k with reduced settings.
