2. Get one graphics card instead of those two.
With any two-card set-up, micro-stutter is a possible concern. When you have two, low-end cards in cross-fire, it's pretty much guaranteed. For less money, you can get this card, which will offer you better, more consistent performance.

Everything else seems pretty much OK though. You might wanna consider using some of the money you've saved for an SSD for faster boot times and greater system response.
