Hello!
I decided it is finally time to upgrade and buy a new PC. The one i have right now is really old and most games i have to run on low settings. I would really appreciate if someone could help me make a good choice. I am looking to spend 1000$.

Approximate Purchase Date:
I am not really in a hurry or anything, but if i can find a good deal i would like to get it before Christmas(if its possible)

Budget Range:
1000$, i don't really want to go above that, unless i really have to or taxes, shipping, etc

System Usage from Most to Least Important:
Gaming

Parts Not Required:
I want just PC and OS: windows 7
i already have mouse,keyboard,speakers,monitor

Preferred Website(s) for Parts:
The website that i would buy from has to be trusted and there is a decent deal/price.

Country:
United States

Parts Preferences:
I don't really know, nvidia card, intel.
Also, im not sure if i want water cooling, would prefered fans

Overclocking:
Maybe

SLI or Crossfire:
No

Monitor Resolution:
Right now i have 1680 x 1050, i might be upgrading my monitor in future to 120hz

Additional Comments:
I would prefer a quieter PC, not really picky but I don't want to get annoyed by the noise.

I appreciate any help and thanks in advance!

I'd just go with 8.1, but you can change back to 7 if you want.

No OS, and low-end power supply that's meant for extreme budget builds. Also, since the processor is locked, the stock cooler will do just fine.
