Want to build a 1500 dollar gaming pc build dont really want water cooling.

Solution
Here is a $1500 build without an operating system that can overclock well (CPU and GPU) and has a good storage setup.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($34.99 @ Newegg Marketplace)
Motherboard: Asus Z170-E ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($90.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($89.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 500GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($164.99 @ B&H)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($89.98 @ SuperBiiz)...
1) What is your max budget and country of residence?
2) Will your budget include tax/shipping/rebates or not?
3) What will you use the machine for mostly?
4) Do you plan to overclock?
5) Which of the following do you need included in that budget?
-Monitor
-Wifi Card
-CD/DVD Drive
-Mouse/Keyboard
-Operating System
-Speakers
