Question gaming pc build 240 fps fortnite

Hi I'm new to pc building and was hoping to get a list of parts. I'd like to constantly get from 190-240 fps while being able to stream fortnite . I was hoping you could enclude monitor mouse and keyboard and all other parts needed. Should I get a surge protector aswell just incase power goes out? Budget is $1500-$2000 for everything
Also need wifi and Bluetooth

I'd suggest waiting a couple/few more weeks until Intel 10th gen CPUs are available.
