Wow nice find! That isn't listed anywhere on pcpartpicker. $100 after rebate definitely go with that card.

Looks good. The GPU is a little underpowered(in my opinion) but unless you want to play high settings on high performance games, you should be fine. I really like that CPU, it runs really well. Also, if you overclock(but you probably won't), that PSU won't be enough. Everything else is pretty good for gaming.

That build is really good. The only thing I'd be a bit concerned about is the fact that the GPU has only 1GB or VRAM. But then again with a $450 budget it's hard to do too much.
