Gaming PC build advice plz!!!

Ok, so I have decided to build a pc and have decided on a the parts:

Im not too sure which gpu to go with, gtx 770 4gb or amd r9 280x.
The case is also a dilemma, the zalman ms800 plus or cooler master storm enforcer or any other good case, i need it to be roomy and good cooling but not over $100.

My max budget is $1650 and i need monitor(1080p), keyboard(gaming), mouse(gaming) and gaming headset too.

Great!!!!!!! OMG thanks so much! My problem is completely solved! But should I go with a 16 gig ram and cheaper graphics card? Like gtx 770 4gb? And is the i5 good enough for video/photo editing and recording games? Thnx.

No, you should not go with a cheaper graphics card if you would like to have the best gaming experience possible for your money.

No, You should not go with 16GB od RAM. Games are using barely 6GB RAM now so that won't change too soon in the future.

Yes, The i5 is good for medium Video/Photo Editing and Recording Games.
