@WildCard999 i have already built it i have had it for 2 years. I think i need to switch the cpu out. What do you suggest i do?

If your experiencing poor performance then you may want to consider a better CPU.

games like arma 3 do not run to the fullest

All drivers/bios up to date? Tried a clean windows install?

Set windows power n nvidia control panel to performance?
