Gaming PC Build, Budget $2,500

Hey guys, I have always wanted to build my own gaming PC for as long as I can remember and recently I have decided to make it a reality and finally start saving towards one.

My budget is $2,500 and that's for everything, PC, monitor, keyboard, etc. My goal is to build a super beefy gaming PC that can handle any game I want to play (and future games as well) on max graphical settings while maintaining the good 60 FPS or above. I was looking into 2K capabilities, I would get 4K but I know that can get expensive fast.

What components should I purchase to achieve this? Is my budget reasonable for what I want? I was hoping you guys could help me out with that.

Don't plan the build out more than a week in advance. Honestly that's too far in some cases. How long till you have the $2500? The market this year is definitely going to change with ryzen 3000 and 10nm Intel both being released and a few more Nvidia non rtx cards rumored and AMD releasing navi

I plan to have the $2,500 in 3 months or so, do you recommend for me to wait before I finalize some of the parts?

Absolutely. You just never know what will happen and you'll end buying something outdated. 3 months is kind of interesting and ceo said middle of 2019 maybe we'll know a but more about 3gen ryzen by then

Definitely wait but with that budget I would recommend something like this but add another be quiet 140mm fan - two up front and move the included front fan to the top rear as exhaust.

If you want an ips screen, try to find a 144hz model thats on the nvidia adaptive compatible list.

Thanks for all the replies, so I will wait until I get the full amount I need until I finalize my build but for now I really like this build you've recommended me.
