CPU Intel - Core i5-8600K 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard Asus - Prime Z370-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory Kingston - FURY 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR4-2666 Memory
Storage Western Digital - Blue 250 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Video Card EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6 GB GAMING Video Card

I have all the other components from a previous build (power supply ,hdd, 144hz 1080p monitor, case.)

Two real concerns i have with this is basically will everything work together as it should, and if i would be able to O.C my CPU and GPU on this MOBO. I originally wanted the z370-e gaming MOBO but i have a budget so :/ this was the next best thing? Thoughts and suggestions would definitely be appreciated :)

This is a good PSU.
I am not familiar with the Canada market so much but I will suggest you upgrades that will be better:
Better RAM Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB - https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-3000MHz-Desktop-Memory/dp/B0143UM4TC/ref=as_li_ss_tl?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1545303101&sr=1-4-acs&keywords=ddr4&th=1&linkCode=ll1&tag=xm3a-20&linkId=be67cbf0f7020444a22e8746ad7a0149&language=en_US
Better SSD Crucial MX500 500GB - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0784SLQM6/ref=as_li_ss_tl?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=ll1&tag=xm3a-20&linkId=3e4cc415e628c788b8b8afe0ec52230f&language=en_US
Better GPU XFX Radeon RX 580 8GB - https://www.amazon.com/XFX-Radeon-1386MHz-Graphics-RX-580P8DFD6/dp/B06Y66K3XD/ref=as_li_ss_tl?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1545303192&sr=1-5&keywords=rx+580&linkCode=ll1&tag=xm3a-20&linkId=7b56288816fe9d733b0c63c93e3d5f33&language=en_US

The price difference for the GPU is very high and you get better performance (the one I chose is cheaper) and the SSD is slightly higher in price but it's much much better, and for the RAM in 2018 you can't be with 8GB of RAM to play the new games

So from what you suggested for the GPU, The RX580 8gb , it will work with the Prime Z370-A ATX LGA1151? as well as i58600k?

My budget is trying to stay under 1300 CAD$$ And yes i already have nocturne CPU cooler fan that will work with my mobo and CPU. All the items i had listen originally are the brands i had used in my old pc build back in 2010. My pc is still running but is outdated very much so. I would like keep the same brands seeing as they have lasted me almost 9 years. The real question is with my pc component list will everything work without hiccups?

Did you overclock your last pc?
